ILLINOIS (From news reports) -- A notice that a Smurfit Westrock facility in Illinois is closing has been filed and that will result in 88 jobs disappearing.

One of the newest WARN notices on the Illinois Work Net website shows the state was notified that a facility would be closing in Bridgeview, Illinois.

Smurfit Westrock describes itself as "a global leader in sustainable paper and packaging, operates in 40 countries with over 500 packaging converting operations and 62 paper mills."
