Ox Industries has restarted the White Pigeon Paper Mill after it is was closed for almost three months. Ox acquired the mill from Graphic Packaging in June and has since converted the mill from clay-coated recycled paperboard (CRB) to high strength uncoated recycled paperboard (URB).
