Norcross, Georgia, USA, 03 November 2006 --(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Rock-Tenn Company (NYSE: RKT) reported that its board of directors declared a dividend of USD 0.09 per share on its Class A Common Stock to shareholders of record at the close of business on 14 November 2006. The dividend, which will be paid on 28 November 2006, represents an annual dividend rate of USD 0.36 per share.
