Rengo Subsidiary Tri-Wall Establishes New Company in Mexico, Turkey

Monterrey, Mexico 13 March 2019 -- (News release) -- Rengo announced that its consolidated subsidiary, Tri-Wall Limited has established a packaging design and sales subsidiary for heavy duty packaging materials, TW Mexico Packaging Solutions, in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, through Tri-Wall's wholly-owned subsidiary.

Rengo has developed its heavy duty packaging materials business including corrugated packaging globally through the Tri-Wall Group. With the presence of a new base in Mexico, a hub for automotive and related industries, Rengo will further promote the expansion of business by responding to diversifying and global packaging needs.

Also, Rengo Co., Ltd. announces that its consolidated subsidiary, Tri-Wall Limited has established a manufacturing and sales subsidiary, Tri-Wall Metal, in Kocaeli, Turkey, through Tri-Wall's wholly-owned subsidiary.

Tri-Wall Metal will conduct manufacturing and sales of steel racks that are mainly used for the transport and storage of automotive parts.

Rengo has developed its heavy duty packaging materials business including corrugated packaging globally through the Tri-Wall Group. With the presence of a new manufacturing and sales base for steel racks in Turkey, which is an automotive manufacturing center for the EU, and whose location allows the base to work with each Tri-Wall Group company operating throughout Europe, Rengo will further promote the expansion of business by responding to diversifying and global packaging and distribution needs.
