JAPAN (News release) -- Rengo announces that it has acquired 70% of the shares issued by Nitto Danboru, making Nitto Danboru a Rengo subsidiary.

Nitto Danboru is a corrugated packaging manufacturer established in 1966. Based in Okegawa-shi, Saitama Prefecture, Japan, it has built a strong customer base focusing on the area.

In the future, Rengo will strengthen collaboration among Rengo Group companies, including Nitto Danboru, in Saitama Prefecture and neighboring areas, to further expand its corrugated packaging business.
