Quebecor World (USA) Inc. Announces Redemption Of 6% Convertible Senior Subordinated Notes

Montreal, Quebec, Canada, 29 May 2007 -- Quebecor World Inc. (NYSE: IQW, TSX: IQW) announced today that Quebecor World (USA) Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Quebecor World Inc., will call for redemption on 28 June 2007 all of its outstanding 6% Convertible Senior Subordinated Notes Due 2007 for a redemption price of 100.6% of the outstanding principal amount of the Notes, plus the accrued and unpaid interest on the Notes to the Redemption Date. As of this date, the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Notes is CAD 119,529,000.

All Noteholders may convert their Notes into Subordinate Voting Shares of Quebecor World Inc. at any time up to the close of business on 27 June 2007 in accordance with the procedures specified in the related indenture governing the Notes. U.S. Bank National Association (as successor in interest to State Street Bank and Trust Company), as trustee under the related indenture governing the Notes, will give written notice of the redemption to all Noteholders in whose name the Notes are registered.
