Pratt Continues Along Steady Growth Path
Print

Conyers, Georgia, USA 03 June 2014 -- Pratt Industries continues to grow in size and sales following the recent acquisition of the Tennessee-based display and corrugated company, Triad Packaging. The multimillion-dollar acquisition, which comes just a few months after Pratt held the official groundbreaking for a fourth, 100% recycled paper mill in Indiana, maintains the company’s ongoing growth pattern of building or acquiring a new business every quarter in America or Australasia for the past 5 years.

“The Triad acquisition strengthens our position as a leader in the corrugated display industry and gets us that much closer to our next growth target which is $2 billion in sales,” said company chairman Anthony Pratt.

“This is a key strategic move for us but it also represents our commitment to introducing even more customers to the benefits of 100% recycled packaging – and that it’s not only good for business but also for meeting the marketplace’s increasing sustainability demands.”

Beside the 100,000 sq ft facility in Bristol, TN, the deal also included a retail design center in Gastona, NC. Pratt Industries is America’s 5th largest corrugated packaging company with more than 4400 green-collar employees.
