This recognition reinforces Mondi's commitment to transparency in communicating its sustainability progress and comes against the backdrop of its recently published 'MAP2030' - an ambitious 10-year action plan to contribute to a better world and deliver positive impacts at scale to build a circular economy.

Mondi's most recent Sustainability Report is commended for its clear discussion of big picture challenges such as climate-related risks and colleague safety; transparent disclosure of performance and its supporting narrative; and balanced inclusion of leadership insights with external voices that shed light on the issues shaping the paper and packaging industry.

The WBCSD produces Reporting Matters to improve the effectiveness of corporate sustainability reporting. The group analysed sustainability reports from 168 leading global companies against a set of comprehensive indicators.
