YAKIMA, Washington (From news reports) -- A commercial structure fire has shut down Longfibre Road in Yakima and caused employees to evacuate.

The Yakima Fire Department was called out Thursday afternoon to the fire at WestRock Distribution Facility on the 2000 block of Longfibre Road on the border of Yakima and Union Gap.
According to fire crews on scene a fan caught fire on the roof of the building due to a buildup of dust and debris.
Employees at WestRock first tried to put it out themselves and when they were unable to, called the fire department.
No injuries have been reported and employees of WestRock have been evacuated from the building.
Longfibre Road was shut down by responders as crews worked on putting out the fire and ensuring it did not burn it's way into the roof of the building.
