CHILLICOTHE, Ohio (From news reports) -- A fire shortly after midnight on Wednesday, March 16, occurred at the Pixelle Speciality Solutions paper mill in Chillicothe in the area where wood chips are kept, according to officials.

It was believed that a cargo belt of some kind might have been the origin of the inferno.

Police closed down Bridge Street to allow fire trucks access to the area.
