Tolko Reduces Shift at Williams Lake Stud Mill

Vernon, British Columbia, Canada, 05 December 2007 -- In response to decreased product demand, Tolko has announced a shift reduction at its Soda Creek Division stud mill in Williams Lake, British Columbia.

The company has also confirmed all of its 10 sawmills will curtail between the Christmas and New Year holidays.

The Soda Creek shift reduction will take effect 10 December 2007, affecting 60 million board feet of annual production. Tolko’s holiday curtailment will affect 32 million board feet.
