Legion Paper Acquires Moab

New York, New York, USA, 02 November 2006 -- /PRNewswire/ -- Legion Paper, the largest supplier of fine art paper in North America, announced today that it has acquired Moab Paper Company, the leading manufacturer of archival digital papers and storage and display products. The acquisition will form the Moab by Legion Paper to create the most dynamic imaging company dedicated to the art of the digital fine print.

"Combining the worldwide fine art paper expertise of Legion Paper with the digital imaging product and manufacturing experience of Moab Paper Company is a natural fit," said Gregory Schern, Moab Paper Company president. Schern will head the new division, with distribution moving to Legion Paper's specialized warehouses in California and New Jersey. "The partnership enables Moab by Legion Paper to combine the strengths of both companies to offer the widest selection of high quality imaging solutions to professionals and photo enthusiasts alike," said Schern.

The transaction will be completed by the end of 2006.
