A USD 100 investment in UPMKY on 04 January 2002, would have been worth USD 102.54 on 08 October 2010; a USD 100 investment in BZ on 29 June 2007, when trading began, would have been worth USD 71.15 on 08 October 2010; and a USD 100 investment in the PM40 on 04 January 2002 would have been worth USD 173.68 on 08 October 2010.
