American Israeli Paper Mills Ltd. Abandonment From the Petition for a Class Action

Hadera, Israel, 27 June 2007 -- /PRNewswire/ -- American Israeli Paper Mills Ltd. (AIPM) announced that following the report of 18 December 2006, concerning the petition for the approval of a class action that was filed against Hogla-Kimberly LTD (H-K), an affiliated company (49.9%), regarding the reduction of the quantity of paper in the toilet packages of its "Kleenex(R) Premium" brand, H-K had reported today that court approved plaintiff's abandonment from the petition for the approval of a class action, a payment of expenses to the plaintiff in the amount of NIS 10,000, and also ordered the dismissal of the plaintiff's personal action.
